Payment & Delivery Options
Payment for and delivery of gift certificates can be done in either
of two ways:
1. By mail: If you prefer to receive your certificates via mail, Carrie will be happy to send them to you.
Simply include your mailing address, as well as any other comments or special instructions, in the COMMENTS
OR QUESTIONS box below the Certificate Request Form. Along with the certificates, Carrie will include a brief
note informing you of the total cost owed (including applicable sales tax) and where payment can be sent. Then,
once payment has been received, Carrie will make a note in her records that the certificates have been paid for
and are now activated. Please note that the certificates are void until payment in full has been received.
2. Now available online: Print gift certificates right from your PC!
Carrie will contact you within 24 hours of your gift certificate request to determine the option that best suits
your needs. |
