to schedule an event. Please see other Terms and Conditions for all Massage Events at the bottom of this page.
Request to Schedule a Chair Massage Event
Let Carrie know your top two choices to schedule a massage event, and
she will get back to you to confirm a date and time. Please remember, you do not have an event scheduled
until you receive confirmation from Carrie.
Required information is marked with an asterisk.
Prior to scheduling your chair massage event, please take note of
- A minimum of two weeks' notice and a $50 non-refundable deposit
are required to schedule an event.
- The balance is due on the day of service when service is complete.
Alternately, the balance may be mailed, but it must be received no later than 15 days following the event. Overdue
accounts are subject to a service charge of 1% per month.
- Please note that prices do not include applicable sales tax.
- Chair massage events scheduled outside of a 25-mile radius of Marysville
will be suject to additional transportation costs, including applicable parking fees and mileage reimbursement
(currently listed by the IRS as 50.5 cents per mile, as of January 1, 2008).
